This BBQ blend will transport to you to the sprawling lands of Southwest Texas. It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: evaporated cane sugar, sea salt, onion, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, hickory smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce powder. For traditional cowboy-style BBQ, apply to goat, beef or mutton and cook directly over mesquite.This seasoning also makes a nice dry rub on ribs, dark meat portions of chicken and turkey, fish, steak, or veggies before grilling.
