It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: brown sugar, cayenne, chipotle pepper, garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and onion. This delicious seasoning blend makes a nice dry rub on ribs, dark meat portions of chicken and turkey, fish, steak, or veggies before grilling.
